With extensive experience in children’s care, Sarah brings a unique perspective, having seen the fostering system from multiple angles. As both a former foster carer and the leader of a supported lodging service, she understands firsthand the challenges and rewards of working with young people.
Thrive was born out of Sarah’s long-standing passion for children and her desire to create a specialised, small-scale agency built on her broad experience in the sector. Her mission is to ensure that every child and carer feels supported, valued, and empowered to thrive.
